New Delhi: Drivers of commercial vehicles carrying the valid driving license and a copy of license for renting motor cab or motor cycle would not be required to carry badge, under the ‘Rent-a- Motor Cab and Rent-a-Motorcycle’ schemes. Further, two-wheeler with license under ‘Rent-a-Motorcycle Scheme” be allowed to drive across the States on payment of relevant taxes.
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways issued an advisory in this regard on Monday.
