Mysore Pak
Soft and melt to mouth texture, Mysore Pak is a delicious sweet that originated in the city of Mysore. It is loaded with flavour and is specially prepared during festivals and special events and is made with generous amounts of ghee, besan and sugar. Its name is derived from the local word “Pak” which literally translates to sugar syrup – the very essence of the dish.
