We Care Film Show 2
We Care Film Festival provides a unique platform to various organisations working in the field of disability to use films as an advocacy tool to sensitise all sections of society towards disability issues.
The festival is an advocacy tool that seeks to bring about attitudinal and behavioural change ridding people of misconceptions, myths and prejudices surrounding disability issues.
globalbihari.com is proud to be associated with this one of its kind film festival, which is the first and only film festival recognized as a partner by UNESCO as per the New Delhi Declaration adopted by UNESCO in November 2015.
We are pleased to announce that we will daily screen one film on disability issues from across the world to strengthen this campaign which was first initiated by a Delhi-based individual, Satish Kapoor.

Life throws us challenges and surprises which often helps us to think differently while facing the reality of life itself. This short film intends to give the viewers a pleasant surprise exhorting us to believe that there are people who find the brighter shades of life even when facing difficult times. The film encapsulates the story of a boy in a wheel chair, his parents and some onlookers in beach setting in which everyone seems to be immersed in their own worlds. The surprise in the story comes when these worlds collide causing a paradigm shift to our visual and cognitive perceptions about what we see about other people’s lives.
