Deepak Parvatiyar is a senior journalist with over 30 years of experience. He is the Founder and Chief Editor of Global Bihari. G Krishna Mohan Rao is a senior journalist and Political Editor at the New Delhi bureau of Global Bihari. He has more than 30 years of journalistic experience in the capital. Based in New Delhi, he worked for various Telugu language newspapers from Andhra Pradesh. For the last 25 years, he has been reporting on the Indian Parliament and Parliament sessions, as well as national politics.
P Shivanand is an acclaimed Management Guru and an expert in Experiential Learning. He uses adventure as a platform for assimilation and sustained development. He belongs to the erstwhile princely state of Hathwa in North Bihar and his family businesses include real estate and hospitality, besides his personal interests in the Media Industry. He is also a former member of the Central Board of Film Certification (Delhi Panel), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, and is president of Doordarshan News Stringers Association, Bihar.
Sudeep R P Sonawane is a senior journalist and a Consulting Editor of Global Bihari. He has worked in newspapers of five countries in Asia and the Middle East and also Qatar’s government news agency. He writes on energy, economy, environment, cricket, culture and technology.
Nishalika Srivastava is a Consulting Editor of Global Bihari. She is a senior web journalist with more than ten years of experience in writing and editing on an array of topics, such as tech, travel, education, and many more. Vijay S. Jodha is a Consulting Editor of Global Bihari. Earlier his work was also profiled here. He is a writer, photographer and filmmaker based in Gurgaon. His work has appeared in publications worldwide, and films broadcast on 75 channels in 195 countries including on BBC, CNN and Discovery. He has produced five books and his projects have received over 80 honours in 24 countries including 19 best film/director awards; grants from institutions like Sundance, Eurovision, Swiss Development Agency, The Ford Foundation and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Two of his books and four films are in the U.S. Library of Congress, and two photo projects listed in Limca Book of Records. In 2018 he had the honour of presenting a film and addressing delegates from 193 countries at UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
Vinod Raghavan is a Consulting Editor of Global Bihari. He was the News Coordinator of Press Trust of India (PTI) Western Region. In a career spanning over 30 years, he reported on many important and historical events. He also covered the terrorist attack led by Ajmal Kasab in Mumbai. He covered Mumbai’s Communal frenzy after Babri demolition in 1992 as a Reporter with Free Press Journal. He also exposed the blood donors’ racket in Mumbai in the late 80s’.
From 2010 to 2015 he worked with Oman Tribune in Muscat and was editing students’ magazine CAMPUS. Since then he has been handling digital media.

Venkatesh Raghavan was a senior journalist and Consulting Editor of Global Bihari since its launch and till his very last. Unfortunately, he died after a brief illness in Mumbai on February 20, 2024.
Venkatesh’s satirical weekly column Sunday Snippets was quite popular among the readers. He covered a variety of beats in his reporting career, including shipping, infrastructure, SEBI, aviation, Civic Hall besides providing extensive coverage of the Mumbai crime scape.
Venkatesh Raghavan also penned regular monthly contributions to Technocrat and TV video world, both Sterling group publications, on future technologies and glossary of electronic keywords, under the pen name V Prasanna.
His latest venture before joining globalbihari.com as consulting editor was a two-year stint in a specialized textile periodical by the name Textile Excellence as deputy editor. He was also the author of the book ‘Operation Drug Mafia’ marketed by Times Group, ‘Crime Novel’ and ‘Those 9 Days’.
