Visakhapatnam: At least seven Andhra Pradesh districts are still reeling under the impact of last week’s severe cyclone Nivar. These districts are West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore, Chittoor and Kadapa. Farmers lost crops in around 17.5 lakh acres, Pawan Kalyan, president of the local Janasena Party claimed in Nellore. He released a video where he demanded Rs. 35, 000 per acre and immediate relief of Rs 10,000 to the affected farmers in next two days otherwise he threatened to sit on a hunger strike along with his followers across the state on December 7.
