The Bhavalayam 2021 organisers in Muscat

Muscat: Every individual has hidden talent within thyself, to bring it out it needs a platform and to unearth this, Bhavalaya Art and Culture foundation has organised a stage play contest – Bhavalayam 2021, in memory of late Girija Baker in Muscat, Oman.
Dr. J. Retnakumar, Chairman, Bhavalayam, said art and culture are the best ambassadors of humanity – “As we wanted to bring out the hidden talent from all sections of the society in various forms, stage play contest has been organised in memory of late Girija Baker, who was well known personality in the field of art, drama and theatre in Oman.”
The short play with time limit of 10 minutes maximum with varied languages – Arabic, English, Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi can register participants names by November 15 to bhavalayacreation@gmail.com and their recorded plays on mobile phones or on camera without any edit by November 30, 2021, Dr. Retnakumar said.
Journalist Lakshmi Kottenath recalled the fond memories of her mother late Girija Baker and said her mother used to encourage any soul who was interested in art and culture. Many students of her institute are well settled. She would always welcome everyone and anyone who needed guidance and helped and consoled them in her own way, she reminisced.
