Much like the Indian culture, the cuisine of India is blessed with an immense range of traditional as well as regional food. Depending upon the availability of local vegetables, fruits, Spices and herbs along with the climatic factor, Indian food varies in choices. Each state is influenced with these choices making them unique and distinctive from one another.

Parsi Mutton Cutlet
Ingredients
Minced mutton (Keema) : ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp
Green chilli : 2
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Red chilli powder : 2 tsp
Clove, cinnamon powder : 1 tsp
Boiled potato : 1 large
Mint leaves : 2 tsp
Coriander leaves : 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Whisked egg : 2
Bread crumbs to coat
Oil for frying
Step 1
Wash the mutton keema and marinate with all the above mentioned spices along with boiled mashed potato with salt. Keep it aside at least for a few hours.
Step 2
Grease your palm with oil and make a medium sized round pattice.
Step 3
Coat the cutlets with bread crumbs from both the sides.
Step 4
Whisk the egg and dip the cutlets in the egg mixture.
Step 5
Deep fry cutlets in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with onion rings and chutney of your choice.
