Today’s Film:
Feet in the Sand/Physically Challenged/Mani/India/6 min.
Life throws us challenges and surprises which often helps us to think differently while facing the reality of life itself. This short film intends to give the viewers a pleasant surprise exhorting us to believe that there are people who find the brighter shades of life even when facing difficult times. The film encapsulates the story of a boy in a wheel chair, his parents and some onlookers in beach setting in which everyone seems to be immersed in their own worlds. The surprise in the story comes when these worlds collide causing a paradigm shift to our visual and cognitive perceptions about what we see about other people’s lives.
