Dhvani Desai is a Mumbai based International and Indian award winning animation filmmaker. She has been in the animation field since nearly three decades. Her films have been globally acclaimed and have been mentioned in World encyclopedias of Animation and Research Journals. She has been invited as Jury member in several international film festivals as New York film Festivals, Third Eye Asian Film Festival, Bangalore International Film Festival, Pune International Film Festival PIFF etc. including the country’s most prestigious National Film Awards, conferred by the Government of India.

Chakravyuh
An animated short film that through the struggles of four characters, throws light on how the Right to Information Act (RTI, 2005) can be used to eradicate corruption in the country.
-Film courtesy eminent film critic and analyst Bharat Bhushan Nagpal who is also a preview committee member of the International Film Festival of India. He was also the founder Editor-in-Chief of Lok Sabha Television and was instrumental in launching it in summer 2006. He has served on various film juries all over the country and overseas and held eminent designations as visiting professor in various institutions of journalism.
