Over the years, Tarun Ashram Bheekampura at the heart of Sariska Tiger Reserve of Rajasthan has become an embodiment of Mahatma Gandhi’s principles. It is from here that Waterman of India Rajendra Singh revived five dead rivers of the region. There are many who feel that if one needs to feel Gandhi in the 21st Century, this is the place to visit. Even Gandhi’s great grandchildren visit this place at every given opportunity to rediscover the Mahatma.
On the 151st Birthday of the Mahatma, Gandhi was remembered here by the Ashramites by dedicating a Sarva Dharma Sambhava temple to the people in his memory. The open air temple has rocks carrying symbols of every religion of the earth.
