New Delhi: Modi Group, formerly known as BK Modi Group, today launched the Modi Brand and stated it would invest Rs 6000 crores over the next 5 years across its diverse business verticals with a key focus on preventative healthcare, wellness and technology-based infrastructure.
Claiming that the investment is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of achieving a USD 5 Trillion economy, founder Rajarshi Bhupendra Modi stated that the Group had already started development projects worth 1000 crores, to play a pivotal role in driving economic growth.
These ambitious development plans are expected to create direct or indirect employment opportunities for thousands of people across cities in India. The Group envisions contributing to the socio-economic development of the nation by fostering growth and empowering lives through sustainable employment.
Modi said that with a significant investment of 2000 crores in Modipur, Rampur, the city was poised to become a global smart city with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including multiplexes, malls, luxury hotels, urban residences, and futuristic manufacturing industries based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
Modi highlighted his flagship projects:
- Saket Health City in Saket, Delhi, is envisioned to be a comprehensive healthcare hub featuring medical office buildings, over 24,000 quaternary bed facilities, wellness residences, geriatric care, and more. The focus is on providing advanced preventive healthcare and wellness through technology and healthcare advancements.
- Modi Studios, a film production company founded by Rajarshi Bhupendra Modi, has an upcoming project, “Adi Shankaracharya” which promises to be a visual masterpiece, empowering viewers with Hindu culture and heritage.
- Holistic wellness centres across India – Modi Yoga Retreat, an oasis of wellness in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, the birthplace of Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda, would expand its footprint. The retreat is set to launch a new building in Rishikesh and a chain of retreats in Dwarka, Gujarat.
The Modi Group also unveiled a partnership with Miami-based real estate giant David Lynd for the development of residential buildings in Miami, FL, USA, and Saket, New Delhi, India, under a single global brand. This collaboration marks the first-ever initiative to plan over 3 million square feet of real estate in two continents under one brand with a commitment to redefine luxury wellness living.

I believe this new brand will bring forth a world of Innovation and development,” Mukesh Khetan, Executive Director and Group CEO-Digilife Technologies Limited, said. Gurvinder Pal Singh, Group CFO – Modi Group, informed that as a part of the phase – 1 development plan, construction work for two projects worth INR 750 crore has already been started. “We have also put in foundation stone for two more projects worth INR 300 crore,” he said.
