Ingredients
(Serving for 3 to 4 persons)
Puffed rice (murmura): 3 cups
Boiled potato: 1 diced
Onion: 1 small finely chopped
Tomato: 1 diced
Green chilli: 1 chopped
Sev: 1 cup
Papdi: 10 to 12
Tamarind chutney: 1 tsp ( sweet and tangy)
Green chutney: 2 tsp
Roasted peanuts: 2 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Chaat masala: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine puff rice, Sev and crushed papdi.
Step 2
Add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, roasted peanuts and boiled potato.
Step 3
Pour the tamarind chutney and green chutney. Mix well to coat all the ingredients evenly. Add chaat masala, salt and lemon juice. Give it a gentle mix.
Step 4
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a little extra Sev for crunch. Serve immediately to maintain the crunchiness.
