Florida: After a “delta” launch-readiness review, NASA and SpaceX have cleared the Demo-2 mission for Saturday’s launch attempt, scheduled for 3:22 p.m. EDT (12.52 am on Sunday, Indian Standard Time).
Mission managers now have to take weather into account, NASA stated. However, the forecast shows a strong possibility of weather conditions not allowing a launch.

It may be mentioned that bad weather scrubbed Wednesday’s attempt to launch the mission, the first launch of astronauts on an American rocket from American soil since the last space shuttle mission in 2011.

“I think our teams worked together in a really impressive way, making good decisions all along,” NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine said after the scrub was announced.
